Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled WebLogic Application Integrator to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience with WebLogic product support. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in WebLogic, you will provide project planning and technical support to application developers and business owners. You will be the primary point of contact for WebLogic products throughout the application life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure WebLogic readiness compliance
  • Propose architectural solutions to support WebLogic requirements for high availability, reliability, security, etc.
  • Work with clients to develop and update migration project schedules and provide appropriate communications
  • Handle complexity and troubleshoot various technical scenarios on various software platforms
  • Design, deploy, and support application instrumentation systems

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in WebLogic product support
  • Strong administration support skills in WebLogic product support in Unix (Solaris/Linux) and Windows environments
  • 5+ years of application instrumentation system design, deployment, and support
  • 5+ years of experience with Java and J2EE
  • XML and Web Services
  • UNIX and Shell Scripting
  • HTTP and HTTPS
  • TCP/IP Troubleshooting
