Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including eating, drinking, bathing, and elimination.
  • Obtain and record patient information, including vital signs, height, and weight.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics.
  • Collect and process specimens for diagnostic testing.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
