About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at the Adidas Allen Premium store in Allen, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling Adidas products, including footwear, apparel, and accessories
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
