Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at our Allen Premium store in Allen, TX. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform various sales floor tasks, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the store and the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
