Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Design and implement functional treatment programs to promote patient recovery and community reintegration.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition to home and community-based care.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience.
  • Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
