About the Role:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining proper dining room setup, assisting in special events, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • Assist in special events and table top inventories maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain checklists for dining area cleanliness and standards
  • Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service

Qualifications:

  • Age 16
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to complete the course within 90 days of hire
