We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lawrence Healthcare.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care and assist in the overall management and coordination of resident care.
* Work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.
* Administer medications, monitor residents, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
**Requirements:**
* A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an LPN in the state of Arkansas.
* Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
* Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
