Job Title: Team Member

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at Kids Empire. As a Team Member, you will be the initial contact between guests and our facility, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Attend to customers in a timely manner, greeting them warmly and making them feel comfortable in our facility
* Operate the check-in process, including having guests sign the liability waiver
* Perform cashier responsibilities, including receiving payments and tracking cash and credit transactions
* Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the refrigerator, freezer, and shelves with drinks, ice cream, snacks, and chips
* Regularly walk the floor to monitor for any unsafe hazards and ensure guests are following park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines
* Clean restrooms and sanitize all park areas, including tables, chairs, and playground structures
* Schedule and coordinate family events and assist in their operation

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work weekends and holidays
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment
* Leadership skills and ability to work independently
* Ability to read and write in English

**Physical Demands:**

* Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly
* Frequent bilateral hand movements
* Ability to lift 25lbs
