Schedule and Training
As a Healthcare Representative, you will be required to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
This role involves meeting with members, which may require appointments and/or event times that vary in time and frequency.
You must be flexible to succeed in this position.
Training will be provided during your first three to four weeks of employment, and attendance is mandatory.
Interview Process
We use an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making process.
HireVue allows us to quickly connect and gain valuable information from you about your relevant skills and experience at a time that suits your schedule.
If selected to move forward, you will receive a text message inviting you to participate in a HireVue prescreen.
During the prescreen, you will receive a set of questions via text and have the opportunity to respond to each question.
Your responses will be reviewed, and if selected to proceed, you will be contacted with additional details about the next step in the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Healthcare Representative, you must have the ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field.
An active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date is also required.
Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile phone applications with an understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources, is essential.
A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps are recommended; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connections are suggested.
Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections can be used only with approval from leadership.
You must reside within the assigned territory/County.
Prior Experience and Qualifications
Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint, as well as experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism, are preferred.
A Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and bilingual abilities are also desirable.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $31,500 - $43,400 per year.
This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan, which is based upon company and/or individual performance.
