Branch Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Field Services branch in Chicopee, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient management of our operations, while driving revenue growth and providing direction to our employees.

• Manage overall branch operations, including ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area, with a focus on safety, environmental sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth within the company.
• Collaborate with district managers to monitor safety statistics, ensure compliance with reporting procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and manage budgets, including analysis and creation of financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including conducting field visits, inspecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, environmental sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in leading and mentoring teams.
