Branch Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Field Services branch in Chicopee, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient management of branch operations, while driving revenue growth and providing direction to employees.

• Manage overall branch operations, including ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Direct and optimize operations in the assigned geographic area, ensuring effective communication with all pertinent departments.
• Review operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address safety and environmental issues.
• Provide leadership and direction, maintaining a secure and respectful team-oriented workplace.
• Ensure employees are operating according to company goals, objectives, and core values, monitoring and reinforcing compliance with Company Policies & Procedures.

• Experience creating and understanding budgets, including analysis and creation.
• Excellent computer skills with applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective professional relationships while leading/mentoring in a team atmosphere.
• A team player, with the ability to be a collaborative team member and supportive leader.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.
• Leadership experience.

• Industry knowledge and/or experience.
