Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Consumer Fresh Produce Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and regulatory compliance programs to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and regulatory compliance programs to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality and regulatory initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including audit results and corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on quality and regulatory procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Science or a related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience working directly with food manufacturing facilities, preferably in a position to improve procedural quality and/or quality systems.
  • Operational knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, email, internet applications) or ability to learn these skills.
  • Knowledge of FDA and government food regulations.
  • PCQI certified.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per annum.
