Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Post-Master's Fellow to join our team. As a Post-Master's Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your clinical skills, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapeutic services to clients, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
  • Carry and maintain a caseload of clients, with supervision and support from experienced clinicians
  • Participate in individual and group supervision, case consultation, and other training activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
  • Successful completion of a clinically-focused, master's-level practicum or internship
  • Stated mental health licensure track in Minnesota and compliance with requirements for licensure or board certification as a mental health professional
