- Provides coverage and administrative updates during personal absences as per departmental protocols.

- Completes assigned tasks efficiently while being mindful of resource conservation, including employee time and equipment.
- Ensures an adequate supply of necessary forms and storage media.
- Observes current workflows through user interactions and suggests both manual and automated alternatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to patients, employees, and financial data as per organizational policies.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A+ certification is advantageous.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of experience as a PC technician, with substantial knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise is essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including O365.
- Expertise in installing and troubleshooting both hardware and software.
- Ability to utilize cabling equipment and basic diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Potential exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to bend, stretch, and walk is necessary. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may be required, along with the capability to lift certain weights.
