Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individual needs
  • Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
