We are in search of a strategic and detail-oriented Information Technology (IT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader with a strong background in technical domains, particularly in Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture, and related tools and platforms. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding the Government Program Manager (PM) on various technical inquiries and challenges related to the systems under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering expert technical guidance in the creation, modification, maintenance, and visualization of software architecture, including data components.
  • Generating comprehensive technical documentation to support the architecture of the project portfolio, including Concept of Operations (CONOPs).
  • Acting as a technical liaison focused on system architecture, emphasizing performance, availability, redundancy, data protection, and information security.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to assess mission requirements, identify obstacles, formulate mitigation strategies, evaluate applications, and develop transition plans and business cases for Cloud and other initiatives.
  • Providing in-depth technical knowledge and analysis of specialized applications and operational environments, conducting high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and offering implementation guidance on complex issues requiring extensive subject matter expertise.
  • Supporting the customer with technical oversight of Service Provider(s) for the project portfolio.
  • Leading technical efforts for the integration of IT requirements, design, and technology.
  • Engaging with the Government on systems engineering IT technical considerations and addressing associated challenges or conflicts.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree with fourteen (14) years of relevant experience; Master's degree with twelve (12) years of experience; or PhD/JD with nine (9) years of experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within an Intelligence Community Agency, preferably ODNI.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cloud Computing and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience in IT governance practices.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding to provide sound technical advice to the Government PM across various topics.
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions with other technical personnel on behalf of the customer.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
