Job Summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Utility to join our team. As a Food Service Utility, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it into designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and assist with banquet table and front of the house set up.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed, and comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
