As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Telemetry unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment, where patients receive comprehensive care and personalized attention.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current IL RN license
- BSN preferred, ADN acceptable with agreement for nurses with less than 12 months of experience to enroll in BSN completion program
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry or Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Current AHA CPR and ACLS certification
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts to accommodate staffing needs
