Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team to provide operational expertise in contracted services and executes hands-on management of operations.
  • Manages dining, culinary, and nutrition services across multiple venues and levels of care.
  • Built relationships with clients and communities, assessing operations and developing plans for optimal service and employee satisfaction.
  • Develops and leads a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on operational needs.
  • Partners with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements for financial performance and operational productivity.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining records and reports.
  • Maintains Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 10 years operational experience in a Senior Living or Hospitality/Resident Care Service Environment.
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff.
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability leading through other managers.
  • Experience creating and managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $120,000 per year
