Responsibilities:- Provide legal counsel and support in areas such as corporate law and litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research on complex issues and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or other legal forums.
- Analyze and summarize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate with opposing parties to resolve legal disputes effectively.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Perform due diligence in various legal matters.
- 0-1 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Must have passed the New Jersey Bar Examination.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.
