Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Banker to join our team at Wheatland Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with a variety of banking needs.

• Open new accounts and process necessary information to educate customers on available services and products.
• Assist with a wide range of customer services, including account maintenance, safe deposit box management, and loan applications.
• Explain and expedite the opening, closing, transfer, and rollover of IRA certificates.
• Assist customers with opening Certificate of Deposits (CDs) and educate them on penalties and earnings.
• Provide backup support to tellers as needed.
• Set up auto transfers and sign up customers for ACH transfers and wires.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.
• Use every customer contact as an opportunity to advise customers on additional services or programs that may benefit them.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least six months of experience in a similar or related role.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
