Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the team, aligning with professional services and broader company objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the team, fostering career development, performance excellence, and a strong team culture.
  • Manage a complex portfolio of implementations, including intricate technical deployments, and forecast project scope and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients at all levels, proactively identifying their needs, and providing expert guidance on best practices and use cases.
  • Continuously improve internal project methodologies, develop best practice training materials, and drive innovation in project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and support cross-functional internal initiatives.
Requirements and Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in professional services and 3 years of leading teams within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.
Compensation

$130,000 - $148,000 a year, including base plus a portion of variable compensation earned based on company and individual performance.
