- Manage a complex portfolio of implementations, including intricate technical deployments, and forecast project scope and resources.
- Build strong relationships with key clients at all levels, proactively identifying their needs, and providing expert guidance on best practices and use cases.
- Continuously improve internal project methodologies, develop best practice training materials, and drive innovation in project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and support cross-functional internal initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in professional services and 3 years of leading teams within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.
$130,000 - $148,000 a year, including base plus a portion of variable compensation earned based on company and individual performance.
