Position Overview:
The Custodian - Quality Control Leader is responsible for ensuring that the quality standards of custodial services are consistently upheld within the Douglas County School District. This role involves regular assessments of custodial effectiveness across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily evaluations of custodial services to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
2. Engage with external vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service improvement.
3. Foster positive community relations with diverse district and community members.
4. Adapt work hours as necessary to accommodate operational demands, including early mornings and evenings.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and facility inspections.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift weights ranging from 5 to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent periods of sitting, with occasional bending and standing.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Position Type: Regular
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- Minimum Hire Rate: $24.47 USD Hourly
- Maximum Hire Rate: $32.89 USD Hourly
- Full Salary Range: $24.47 USD - $41.30 USD Hourly
