WAREHOUSE FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and highly skilled bilingual individual for the role of Warehouse Floor Supervisor. The starting pay rate is $23+ PH, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:
Shift start times are scheduled between 7-8 AM daily, totaling 40 hours per week with potential for overtime. Vacation pay is available after a 60-day probationary period, with rollover benefits after 4-6 months. Annual performance reviews will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements for shipping and order processing.
2. Ensure compliance with all shipping standards to maintain zero chargebacks.
3. Plan, monitor, and follow up on shipments to ensure adherence to company standards.
4. Communicate any issues to management that may require escalation.
5. Collaborate with customer service to prepare and ship all orders according to Vendor Compliance and Routing Guides.
6. Ensure timely processing of small parcel shipments.
7. Work with customer service to coordinate timely pickups with carriers.

Vendor Compliance:
Understand and execute all Vendor Compliance requirements for major department stores and discounters, including but not limited to Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Wal-Mart, Target, Belk, TJX, Marshall's, Walgreens, Joanna, and Amazon.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of verified experience in a similar role within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
- Must possess Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certifications.

We are looking for a candidate who can manage multiple priorities effectively and ensure timely completion of projects within company guidelines.
