About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Neuro Clinical RN Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Aurora. As a leader in clinical services, you will collaborate with the director to provide leadership to our team and play a role in fiscal, human resource, and operational functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to provide leadership to our team and play a role in fiscal, human resource, and operational functions.
  • Participate in department and hospital strategic planning and effectively implement new programs and services.
  • Maintain an effective competency and staff development program.
  • Work on day-to-day operations such as processing payroll, managing department expenses, participating on hospital committees, processing employee evaluations, managing personnel issues.
  • Assist in maintaining a departmental staffing plan that meets the needs of the customer and is responsive to the changing census.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS required from AHA or American Red Cross.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
  • Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit preferred.
  • Six months leadership/management experience is required.
