Job Overview

Arena Sports is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Soccer League Official to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and structured environment for our Adult and Youth League players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Game Management: Manage games professionally and consistently to the standards of Arena Sports, including reviewing game schedules and rosters, identifying players who need waivers or payment, and greeting teams while entering the field.
  • Exceptional League Experience: Provide an exceptional league experience for players and spectators, including refereeing games and assisting league players in understanding rules specific to indoor soccer.
  • Communication: Communicate information to League Managers, such as customer follow-up, team payments, or foul play, and maintain a clean and organized field and player bench area.
  • Team Support: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager, including managing rosters and field areas during shifts.
Qualifications
  • Professionalism: Be professional, passionate about the game, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with players and manage stressful situations.
  • Training Provided: Prior experience as a referee is not required, as training will be provided.
