About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology RN to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Marble Falls TX. As a key member of our Cath Lab team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or 2 years of experience above the minimum qualification.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
