Job Summary:

Health Conservation Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team as a Professional Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our audiometric technicians and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audiology reviews to identify problem audiograms and assess the validity of test results.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for audiometric technicians, including CAOHC courses and onsite field training.
  • Provide backup support on our mobile units as needed.
  • Prepare written determinations of work-related hearing loss and provide expert testimony as required.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Represent Health Conservation Incorporated at professional conferences and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Auditory Doctorate (Au.D.) or Master's degree in audiology with relevant occupational experience.
  • Current audiology license with eligibility for Illinois licensure.
  • Familiarity with OSHA Hearing Conservation Amendment and working knowledge of regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • ASHA CCC-A certification.
  • CAOHC CD and PS-A certificates are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of occupational experience; 5 years overall audiologist experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel with limited notice.
