About the Job

Dent Wizard is seeking a skilled Automotive Interior Repair Technician to join our team in Middlesex and Essex Counties in the Boston, MA area. As an Interior Technician, you will provide mobile repairs for auto dealerships, auction houses, and other customers at a fixed site or on a route.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair rips, tears, and burns on vehicle interiors
  • Mix dyes to match surfaces and remove stains
  • Work independently to manage your day and meet customer needs
  • Build relationships with customers and drive business through excellent communication and sales skills

Requirements:

  • Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts
  • Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 15 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

Compensation: The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on a highly incentivized commission structure. The starting compensation is expected to be $50,000.00 annually. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefit package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
