Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, codes, and standards, along with familiarity with the project approval and permitting processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical direction and supervision for a team of civil designers, acting as a technical specialist and consultant.

• Drive new business initiatives, encourage repeat and referral business from existing clients, and engage in networking and business development activities.

• Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, promotional materials, and service agreements; oversee the preparation and management of internal and external approvals and final execution.

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the team throughout project execution.

• Actively mentor and delegate responsibilities to junior staff, providing daily on-the-job training.

• Maintain primary communication with clients, fostering effective internal and external communication.

• Develop and implement project schedules and resource management strategies to ensure timely performance.

• Manage project budgets and communicate budget allocations to team members for their respective tasks.

Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited four-year engineering program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Experience:
• Typically, a minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
• Land development experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring, training, and developing team members.
