Work Schedule:
  • 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday - Friday
  • Rotational holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and surface cleaning.
  • Maintain an organized janitorial supply area.
  • Ensure cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and specialty rooms according to company standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
  • Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
  • Manage keys, equipment, and supplies responsibly.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential or hotel cleaning preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Knowledge of general cleaning practices and equipment.
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo a routine background check.
