Job Title: Facility Custodian

Join the PSC Group team as a Facility Custodian and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings and grounds.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Custodian. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance activities, cleaning and sanitizing facilities, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including cleaning and sanitizing facilities, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors.
  • Gather and empty trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Notify managers regarding the need for repairs to equipment associated with the role.
  • Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawn/gardens, weeding and mulching garden beds, removing unwanted, dead, or damaged vegetation as needed, and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Watering gardens, lawns, and landscaping.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Stable work history with good references from past employers.
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
  • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
