We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, with an additional $5.00 shift differential for 2PM to 6PM shifts.


Job Description

The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in supervising and administering high-quality nursing care at our facility. This requires a comprehensive understanding of general nursing principles, including knowledge of medical sciences, social sciences, and biological sciences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment that promotes the best interest and welfare of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

To be successful as a Charge Nurse, you must:

  • Hold a current license with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
  • Be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Have a passion for caring for the elderly and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
