Maintenance Operations Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at MCC MANAGEMENT, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our communities are well-maintained and meet high standards.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
- Inspect community grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure they are clean and free of litter and debris.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and transfer them to designated areas.
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by supervisors.
- Change locks and ensure gates are functioning properly.
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
- Identify and report potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond sensitively to resident complaints.
- Participate in emergency on-call assignments and adhere to response times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 35 pounds independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must complete McC Fair Housing training within 30 days of employment.
