Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MCC Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our communities are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify any issues or concerns and take prompt action to address them.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that all common areas and amenities are clean, tidy, and free of litter.
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Carry out routine repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure that our facilities are in good working order.
  • Assist with Make-Ready Process: Support our make-ready specialists in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
  • Distribute Notices and Communications: Deliver important notices and communications to residents as needed.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Identify and report any potential hazards or safety risks and take steps to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read technical information, use a keyboard, computer, and iPad.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range is estimated to be $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
