Primary Duties:
- Prepare specimens for analysis in accordance with established protocols.
- Quickly identify and rectify any discrepancies in testing procedures.
- Conduct Quality Assurance activities, including the maintenance of equipment and thorough documentation.
- Participate in continuous education and training programs.
- Execute specialized procedures under supervision.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in laboratory operations.
- Collect and evaluate samples for irregularities.
- Effectively operate laboratory instruments.
- Interpret test outcomes and accurately report results.
- Assist in the training of Medical Laboratory Technician students.
