Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $24.51/hr. to $36.86/hr., based on skills and experience, with additional shift differentials ($0.35 for 2nd shift; $0.25 for 3rd shift).
Incentives:
- $500 bonus after 30 days of employment
- $500 bonus after 6 months
- $500 bonus after 1 year
- Additional bonus at 2 years, calculated at $0.20 for every hour worked in the previous 12 months
Shift Category: Full-Time, Hourly, 2nd shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing advanced technology for the corrugated industry.
- Employ strong mechanical and electrical skills, including knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, to maintain machine uptime.
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Engage in preventative maintenance tasks in designated areas.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of one year of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated success in safety, attendance, and quality of work.
- Experience in corrugated manufacturing is advantageous, with strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, and electrical technologies.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to cross-train in various technical areas to enhance skill sets.
- Availability to work second and third shifts, including call-ins, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Proficient in using computer systems for maintenance processes and work orders.
- Must provide own tools initially (tools worn out on the job will be replaced).
