Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Implementation:
- Lead the setup and execution of custom and standard marketing campaigns using the Engage+ platform.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, ensuring all campaigns meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Manage the customization of incentive structures, branding, thematic alignment, and other campaign elements for custom campaigns.
- Utilize predefined templates to deploy standard campaigns efficiently, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Client Coordination:
- Work closely with the Capillary and Customer marketing team to integrate various trigger points for user activity.
- Ensure all creative content, copywriting, and campaign elements undergo a rigorous client approval process.
- Technical Integration:
- Oversee the integration of marketing campaigns with client-specific systems and tools, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are met, including the creation of custom URLs, landing pages, and data tracking mechanisms.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop and deliver detailed, bespoke reports for custom campaigns, including specific metrics and data visualizations as required by the client.
- Utilize standardized reporting templates for standard campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
- Project Management:
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Allocate resources effectively, balancing the needs of custom and standard campaigns.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and improve campaign processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for campaign implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 3+ years of experience in marketing implementation, project management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with custom and standard campaign implementation is a plus.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry or related sectors.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and client-facing teams.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and reporting software.
