Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
