Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our Columbus, Ohio location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and development in young children. You will work closely with parents and other staff members to provide exceptional care and education to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education to our students
  • Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with other staff members
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
