Job Summary:

Guilford County Schools is seeking a qualified Group Leader to join our Afterschool Care program. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for students after school hours. This is a part-time opportunity with a 10-month term.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and support to students in the Afterschool Care program
Implement engaging activities and games to promote student learning and development
Maintain a safe and clean environment for students
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful program

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children in a group setting preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
