Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 annually, paid monthly (based on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview:
M-B is looking for a Traffic Signal Electrical Supervisor to oversee construction teams on various projects throughout Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret utility locates, coordinate potholing, and ensure a safe work environment while fulfilling all safety obligations.
- Manage underground conduit installation, mounting devices, pole erection, and caisson drilling.
- Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available before commencing work.
- Oversee the installation of illumination systems, traffic signals, and ITS.
- Provide hands-on supervision of the field team.
Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and highway construction, with recent involvement in erecting highway signage, lighting, and traffic signal/electrical work.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems is necessary.
- Electrical certifications are advantageous.
- A CDL license is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, bucket trucks, and boom trucks.
- Familiarity with safety hazards and precautions in electrical and construction work; OSHA Certification is a plus.
- Capability to read and interpret standard wiring diagrams.
- Comfortable working at moderate heights and outdoors for extended periods, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

- Applicants will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record Check; satisfactory driving records are required for operating company or personal vehicles and equipment.
- Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Safety-sensitive employees will be subject to additional drug and alcohol testing during employment.
