About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of one of the largest off-price apparel and home fashion retailers in the United States. As a Store Operations Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate Teams: Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading and motivating your team members to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that customers receive a high level of product knowledge and assistance.

You will be working closely with other departments, including merchandise, visual merchandising, and human resources, to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and programs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • TWO OR MORE YEARS OF STORE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Proven track record of managing stores, supervising staff, and achieving sales goals.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
