The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a dispatch capacity, ideally within the aviation sector, and will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities while thriving in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of flight routes.
  • Evaluate aircraft performance by taking into account load factors, prevailing winds, and meteorological conditions.
  • Track aircraft arrival and departure schedules, making necessary adjustments in response to delays.
  • Coordinate with ground personnel to confirm the completion of essential tasks such as refueling and cabin cleaning.
  • Prepare and distribute flight documentation for the crew.
  • Ensure the safe loading of passengers and baggage onto the aircraft.
  • Compile necessary flight documents, including flight plans and passenger manifests.
  • Verify that all pre-flight safety checks and compliance measures are executed.
  • Collaborate with the captain to authorize the dispatch of the aircraft.
  • Operate equipment such as air bridges and boarding stairs as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role within the aviation industry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in completing logs and paperwork accurately.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Health and Safety Certification is a plus.
  • A valid Driver's License is advantageous.
  • Experience in operating various types of machinery and vehicles is beneficial.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
