Operations Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mix Outdoor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily office activities, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth execution of client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory records, vendor relationships, client contacts, and contracts
- Support with calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
- Handle and monitor RFPs (Request for Proposals) with clients
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Financial literacy, including basic accounting and budgeting
