We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead our software development activities and long-term initiative planning. As a pivotal role in our Strategy and Transformation (SandT) organization, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software development experience, high-quality software as part of the DevOps process, and accountability for our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. You will have expertise in Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, microservices development, web protocols, and database systems. Additionally, you will have working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and solutions, message brokers, and Agile project management.

Key responsibilities include creating a vision and guiding a team of engineers to build and support digital products and applications across SandT core priorities, driving partnerships with cross-functional teams, developing software development strategy, and leading multi-discipline work teams distributed across remote locations.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100, paid annually. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, health, and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee assistance program, insurance, and defined contribution retirement plan.
