About the Role

In this dynamic role, the Team Member will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers effectively and empathetically to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
  • Product Preparation: Consistently prepare high-quality beverages according to company recipes and customer specifications.
  • Adaptability: Adapt and follow instructions using adequate comprehension skills.
  • Safety and Security: Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security protocols and equipment handling.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
  • Task Execution: Perform all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting Ability: Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
  • Availability: Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
  • Collaboration: Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
  • Organization and Motivation: Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
  • Math Skills: Proficiency in basic math skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
  • Learning Ability: Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
  • Attendance: Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Instruction Following: Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.
