Job Summary

The Executive Director is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who oversees the day-to-day functions of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain quality resident care and effective operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (IA, MN) or Associate's degree (NE, SD) required; additional education may be required per state regulations.
  • Experience in a supervisory role; healthcare experience is favorable.
  • Nursing Home Administrator's license and/or scheduled to take NAB exam.
