Job Summary

The Executive Director is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the facility. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to provide the highest quality care to residents. Key responsibilities include implementing established policies and procedures, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining an effective operation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (IA, MN) or Associate's degree (NE, SD) required; additional education may be necessary per state regulations.
  • Experience in a supervisory role; healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Nursing Home Administrator's license and/or scheduled to take NAB exam.
  • Ability to perform the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
