Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Acute Care Unit team at Trinity Health. As an Acute Care Registered Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to create and manage nursing care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans for patients with a variety of medical diagnoses.
  • Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
  • BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSN degree preferred.
  • Experience in Acute Care, Medical-Surgical, or Cardiac Telemetry.
  • ACLS and Stroke Certification preferred.
